This study investigates the profound influence of user experience (UX) design on behavioral intention within the rapidly evolving landscape of digital payments. Focusing on design innovations in user interface (UI), interaction flows, and visual elements, we explore how these critical components shape users' adoption and continued engagement with various digital payment platforms. Furthermore, the research delves into the nuanced impact of cultural contexts on UX design effectiveness, acknowledging that design principles and user preferences can vary significantly across different cultural backgrounds. Employing a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys with qualitative user interviews, this study aims to identify key UX design factors that drive behavioral intention, while also uncovering culturally specific design considerations. Preliminary findings suggest that intuitive interaction flows and aesthetically pleasing UIs significantly enhance perceived ease of use and usefulness, thereby positively influencing behavioral intention. Moreover, the integration of culturally resonant visual elements and localized interaction patterns demonstrates a notable increase in user acceptance and trust. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the interplay between UX design, cultural context, and user behavior in digital payment ecosystems, offering valuable insights for designers, developers, and policymakers seeking to optimize digital payment solutions for global and diverse user bases.
